They say on their website that that draw customers from further afield than Winterton and they definitely do, we holiday in Norfolk regularly from N. Ireland and make a point of stopping off hear several times during each visit, this isn't the best fish and chips in the area, its the best I have ever tasted. Can recommend enough, give it a try, great mushy peas to go with their fabulous cod!

Some of the best fish and chips I’ve had. Great chips and a decent batter (not soggy) on the fish. I’ll definitely be going back next time I’m in the area!

This was the worst fish and chips I have ever had. The chips had been cooked about an hour before I think and left in an oven. They were like cardboard. The fish on the other hand was hot. Very hot. And also cooked for about half an hour in the fryer. It was so overcooked I could hold it up horizontally by its tail without any danger of it breaking in two. Fish needs to be cooked for about 5 minutes. Not 5 hours. 27 for 4 x fish and chips is a joke when it tastes like this.
