Excellent library, very well equipped, only the staff leaves much to be desired. When I asked for specific text that I couldn't find, I was invited to use the online catalog NEBIS. Forgive me, but what do get paid for? Same thing for returns. I was invited to use the self-service outside. But if I and all other visitors, have to use the self-services, why do we need all this people at the desk? I am against self-service. I want more people working, more librarians, especially more competent librarians. As said before, the library is excellent.

I don't really understand why one has to wear a mask while studying at desk. In general, you only have to wear once you leave your place and stand up. But I like the place a lot and it is quiet to study.
I am so thankful that this establishment exists. You can walk in freely and work in calm what ever that you are working on. Don't need to register or pay anything. I spend our 100hrs in this place and I am sure I will spend another 100hrs. Just a perfect place to learn I can't think of what is missing:) The staff is friendly and ready to help. They have free Wifi. Books are well organized and the range is incredible. Facilities are always clean and they have nice small food corner which is not expensive just make sure you have cash if you are not a student. Great Job!
Clean, friendly staff and cool architecture. Unfortunately not enough space during the exam periods.
A wonderful example of converting an industrial heritage, i.e. the Sulzer Areal into another purpose. The architecture design left many objects, e.g. cranes and steel structures so it shows the history and evolution from industrial to information economy. The library is very modern with high tech features. I am also impressed by the noise reduction and cool yet warm atmosphere.

Nach 20:00 Uhr ist nur das Bibliothek geschlossen. Aber man kann immer noch lernen. Weil es gibt im Obersten Etage ein sehr gute Lernareal. Im dem Lernareal, wenn man vor 20Uhr drin ist, so lange lernen wie viel man viel.
Moderne und schöne Bibliothek. Service enttäuschend. Bibliothek streicht Service und bestraft Nutzer dafür. Dass gemaht wird, obwohl die Bibliothek geschlossen ist finde ich seltsam. Zumindest eine aktive Kommunikation über die limitierten Rückgabeoptionen in einem Email oder eine Anpassung der falsch angegegeben Öffnungszeiten auf Google wäre nützlich. Dass die Bibliothek das \Back-to-normal\ vorsichtig angeht versteh ich, aber fehlendes Verständnis für die COVID-19-Situation anderer, versteh ich nicht.
