I have been using premier insurance for our motor traders policy for many years and would like to thank them for their constant efforts in securing a great deal for us. Thanks to the team and especially to John and Val who go above and beyond in making sure the insurance suites the purpose every year. They now sort all my home and holiday insurance out as well and discuss my needs so i am not paying for items I really don't need and offer advice about things I may have overlooked. Its so nice that I can rely on their professional knowledge so I can get on with running my business knowing I have their support should I need to deal with any insurance issues. I wouldn't use anyone else! and certainly would never purchase an off the shelf policy that limits my ability should I ever need to make a claim.Thanks again to John your advice the other day was much appreciated. Used premier insurance for my courier fleet insurance three years in a row. Although sorting out insurance is never a fun task, Lewis Fisher at Premier Insurance is always on call to help me with any queries or additional needs that I have. On numerous occasions I have needed urgent cover notes for extra vehicles and he’s managed to come back to me within 20 minutes, which is great for a commercial policy. Pleasure to deal with and will continue to use their services in the future.

I have dealt with premier almost two years Ashley is a good person very helpful and val also a nice person and becky the rest of the team do not know if they are coming or going they have lost important information on my file I won't be dealing with them again things starting to get messy now I would not recommend them to anybody thy have caused me a lot of stress
