It a great place to shop
like
Good people, good work
My work
It’s a company warehouse so you can’t shop there, you do the shopping online or in stores.
Moral is very low due to management, this tells a story they have lost 5 top tier staff in the last 2 years who were all long serving staff
A Venomous environment created by management who lie and verbally abuse it's staff , 1 manager called me a \bast**d\ and the Distribution centre Manger habitually lies to her staff. I was recently assaulted in work. It's not a good place to work due to the treatment of the staff by the managers. god forbid if you suffer mental health issues as the management will prey on that. they change your hours of work , without the legally required notice period. The same manager that called me a \bast**d\ also asked several staff where she could get cocaine as she wanted to try it.
