We bought a fridge freezer for a bargain price 15 months ago. It's proved to be a fantastic piece of equipment, very reliable. The sort of fridge that, whenever we thought it was full, we'd always find room for something else. Staff have been fantastic on our every visit and delivery is first class.

Disgusted. Fridge freezer last summer did not work. Had to be returned. Zanussi washing machine last week SOLD to me with my name on then sold to someone else. No explanation. Could not even be bothered to ring me back and explain.

Visited twice over last two weeks. Staff need customer courtesy and sales training. First visit staff too busy to assist despite shop empty. 2nd visit wet floor meant couldn't view items. Very poor service indeed
