I went today for some essentials after quire a while to this store, lots of people treating this as a day out, kids running around, families of 4 or 5 shopping together, probably same people who flout the rules anyway. some people not wearing masks and have no visible exemption. On the tannoy the message says only shop one person per household and wear a mask, contradictory as no one in this store is clearly doing anything about it, security guards are like a show piece. Will not be going again.

Just a thought Asda Winsford, wouldn’t it have made more sense to have the “entrance” doors being the ones next to the trolleys? I have mobility issues and whilst it might not seem far to walk from disabled parking space to getting a trolley to back to the entrance doors, trust me when every step hurts it makes a difference. I normally have my shopping delivered but I get quite a few substitutes and unavailable items so sometimes I will pop down on a Sunday when it’s usually less busy and I’m more likely to be able to get a space. Alternatively use the tented area by the entrance doors as a trolley park for the smaller trolleys? Other than this I have no complaints.
Always eager to help, good staff, always polite. Cheap shopping compared to every other main stream shop. Distancing rules not always adhered to though, the security guard was wearing his mask as a beard protector. Though they have a good supply of sanitisers and anti bac sprays for shoppers to use.
Staff seem to be friendly although short on variety. Major issue is that in these times still too many people shopping without masks and not being challenged by staff or security. I felt so unsafe shopping inside there and think that more should be done. This pandemic is no joke to a lot of us!
Well stocked but the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired
