We sold to the first people that Winkworths introduced us to. This was because the agents were smartly watching the area and keeping a close eye on the interest previously expressed in properties in the street which was much sought after. The property also very much sold itself as it was well maintained and had panoramic views of central London and amazing front and back gardens. Winkworths were always hugely responsive to any issue that came up and we ended up completing in less than four months. The whole thing was a great success and I would strongly recommend the Dulwich office to anyone wishing to sell in the area.

They are probably the best positioned estate agent on Lordship lane for footfall or if you ever need to pop in. We can't recommend highly enough!
