Charlie Hart helped us enormously while trying to find suitable accommodation in London. He gave us impartial advice on the rental market. He answered to our queries out of hours and overall displayed great professionalism.

It was great to get the deal done which was really difficult due to terrible solicitors on both sides. But I did find the agents unnecessarily aggressive but I understand that is how deals are done which is a pity. I don't think necessarily a reflection on winkworths themselves.

Very happy with the service provided by Winkworth Clerkenwell & City Estate Agents. Charlie Hart was extremely helpful, supportive and accommodating throughout the process, from arranging viewings, notifying us of properties available and setting things up with our contract.

Kenrick Browne in this office can be trusted and respected as a knowledgable advisor and consultant. He knows London and he knows the market. I go to him first for property investment searches and advice. You should too. ...he's also charming!
