Delicious fish and chips , visited here as is seen it on Trip Advisor, didn't disappoint, staff so friendly, fish was big and so tasty, definitely worth a visit when in Brightlingsea.

Excellent traditional fish and chip shop take-away, with adjoining dining room. All cooked fresh to order, so everything is piping hot, and only about 10 minutes wait. Large choice of options (including unusual items such as veggie Quorn burger and spicy bean burger) and all at great value prices - with generous size portions. Nice, friendly, helpful staff, too. Will definitely be back next time in Brightlingsea. Really cannot beat Winkies!
