We pre ordered over the phone to save queuing. Was told no problem 15 mins. We arrived 15 mins later to a queue out the door. 45 mins later we made it in the shop to wait for them to put our order together and there were no chips ready so had to wait again. If they were busy we understand but that's why we did a phone order so it could be ready when we got there. The should have said there would be a delay. When we got home the food wasn't even nice.... The sausages appeared raw and were only luke warm. Really disappointed. Wont be going back any time soon.

New owners have certainly improved the quality of their dishes. Their Salt and Pepper ️ chips are awesome, spicy salty and crisp!
Excellent meal and reasonably priced, I thoroughly enjoyed it, good value and tasty.
Absolutely fantastic, not often I have a chippy tea but these were amazing and even a large portion was polished off with ease. My only complaint was there could have been more, even for a large portion, but that's probably just the fatty in me talking
we ordered 2 salt and pepper boxes and the meat was so undercooked and basically raw. when we showed them it was blamed on us that \we made the meat pink \ absolutly shocking sevice and then we were told to leave and they were not replacing the food or giving us money back...will not be going back
