Spend a regular amount of my wages within clipperstown offlicense and always have a fantastic service and all staff are always fantastic , but due to current circumstances we went over this evening and two friends went in together and got a comment from staff regarding personal space , I understand their concerns but there concern should be about staff and customers distance not customers distance as their decision to spend time with their friends is no concern of staff . Fantastic off license but please rememebr customers are customers and staff are staff.

Refused to serve me because the person that was with me didn’t have their ID on them even though they weren’t getting anything. (I had my ID. Been here plenty of times without a problem. We’re both 20).
Excellent store
Just arrived at the shop with 2 minutes before their clearly advertised opening times to find the door locked and the till being counted. The workers behind then gestures to us to go away. Awful customer service, false advertising and I don’t think they were “understaffed” enough to close earlier than their official trading hours as advertised to the public. Awful, will not be back!
