Windy City offers a great workout 7 days a week. It’s a real boxing gym. It is also beginner friendly. Staff is awesome. Gym is clean. It feels like family here. I highly recommend a visit.

This gym Rocks over all others, your hour class is done and your are left wanting more. Its an amazing workout with really quick results.

Montell Griffin has worked very hard to put together this boxing gym for serious professionals or just anyone who would like to get in shape and learn how to fight. I highly recommend this gym and am confident on my 5 star rating.
