I've been into this shop 3 times and each time the service has been appalling. People were queuing towards the front door last time and the man behind the counter was in no hurry to get off the phone, labouring his conversation almost deliberately and not making any eye-contact with his waiting customers. It is just so extremely rude. They think they are doing you such a favour.

Best place to buy Apple products in the Thames Valley. Great selection of products in a small boutique store. The staff here are so patient, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended.

After numerous cases of having my Mac, iPhone etc. infected with the most advanced hacker (who has been emailing me, black-mailing me with my information for money for months) - Frazer has been extremely professional attitude, and used his skills and knowledge to help me get rid of these problems permanently. Apple haven't been able to do this with me, but Frazer has been able to help me effortlessly. I must add that the customer service from him has been second to none. He has always treated me with the utmost respect, and dealt with my stress in the best possible way. Jessica has also been helpful with her professional attitude, attentiveness and guiding me to the right person to help me. THANK YOU!!

Man moved to the door and locked doors when my son and I went in as the only shoppers in the store. I was racially profiled. Embarassing, baseless actions. Poor.
