This place is fantastic. The service and quality of food is excellent. Absolutely loved the sea bass, it was perfectly cooked and beautifully filleted. I had it with an extra portion of rice and vegetable shorba on the side. My children really loved the fresh mint tea and there was an array of vegetarian dishes for them to choose from. Also, clean toilets!

We ordered from Meimo this last weekend. We haven't been going to restaurants due to covid. However, we still want to support local business that are around us. This is the first time we tried Meimo and it was great. The food was really nice, the service was good and the staff where really friendly. When I came to pick up the food. We would like to say thank you and that we will use you guys again. I would also like to say thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine that you gave us. See you soon

Okay, so I am unlikely to come here every week for dinner but what a treat. Food and ambiance were amazing and the staff brilliant and attentive. I wanted to adopt the guy that served us as my brother from another mother. It really was that good.

My first visit to Meimo (pronounced Meemoe) and it certainly won't be my last. I had the Meimo Couscous (that's the one with everything - spicy lamb merguez sausages, succulent chicken breast and steamed vegetables). The plate was laden with plenty of fluffy couscous and all of the above. On the side is a small dish with a wonderful broth with chickpeas and peas. Finally, there is an even smaller dish of a chilli paste. Add as much of this paste as you wish to the broth, stir it up and pour it over the couscous. Finally, give the couscous a gentle stir to help it soak up the broth and you're good to go. Delicious. My wife had the equally delicious chicken tagine. Served in a traditional tagine dish with lid, the slow cooked chicken came with wonderful prunes and apricots all served with an accompanying dish of couscous. If I hadn't been so full with my own choice, I'd have happily eaten this too. I washed my meal down with Casablanca beer, all the way from Morocco, whilst my wife preferred a French white from the excellent wine list. The service throughout was never less than excellent and prices very reasonable (even before Rishi's help with the bill). This restaurant was obviously very popular with families, there were a number who came in with young children, all of whom were delightfully well behaved. We'll be back!

During lockdown 2.0 Meimo has remained open serving their exquisite menu to everyone. Just enjoyed a nice takeaway from them and it was absolutely amazing. All food was piping hot and tasted awesome as always. Abdul is a brilliant guy with a fantastic restaurant
