I've eaten at Orleans and York at this specific location for 5 years. I haven't been in for a while and decided that I wanted to stop by for my late lunch. I am so disappointed with the SERVICE. And never the food - it's ALWAYS GREAT! I purchased a banana pudding and as before they are always served fresh and sweet - however this time the bananas were black. I returned the initial banana pudding with the intent to purchase a fresh one although we'd already paid for it. Instead of the \manager\ being understanding and handing a fresh one without regard for paying, she tells me \they're bananas and we just made these today\. I explained to her that I've never had that problem and maybe they should utilize a sticker that indicates it's shelf life for fresh quality. She just had no regard for my expression as a concerned customer. I totally respect this business. However the staff needs to be trained on how to properly execute customer service as this is not how it was before. I did not like her energy and she was very unsympathetic to my concern.
There are no words for this deliciousness. The pictures do not so it justice. Its everything I hope for and more. Impeccable service, cleanliness and best of all the food was superb
cajun food, very tasty. Service is always super even when they have a full house. The service was friendly and observant. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.
