Small café, seemingly reluctant to rent out bikes mid-afternoon on a Sunday and apparently with no large children's bikes (despite claiming to support family rides). It was a quiet day post-hurricanes so maybe they'd just had enough and wanted to get home... some of the boating along the river was closed too. We enjoyed a round of mini-golf. Toilets some walk away in the main castle facilities.

Rented bike from this location on a recent Sunday. Experience could not have been more pleasant. The prices were very reasonable, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the bikes were in excellent condition. Helmets and a flat-tire repair kit were included. 2 minor words of caution: this location only rents mountain bikes. However, if you plan on riding in the Great Park, a mountain bike is the way to go (even if most roads are paved). Second: it is very easy to get lost in Windsor as roads and paths are not always well marked. Be sure to have either a good map or a GPS.
Most unhelpful place ever. Sent email day before to enquire and reserve a couple of bikes. No response back. On the day was greeted by a grumpy guy that told us only had small bikes left and we should have emailed before!! When trying to explain that we had he just walked off.
