We had a lovely Saturday evening dinner cruise. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was tasty and service excellent. A really pleasant way to spend the night cruising down the river.

It was a very mixed experience. We booked a dinner cruise for the family. First we did not get a booking confirmation, so had to call them, okay, no big deal. At the pier they keep you waiting for boarding, but you get the chance to watch the crew changing clothes, and not all of what you see in this process is tasty. The ship itself is lovely. We had fantastic weather, on a brilliant day. I recommend the tour for the lovely sightseeing on a nice boat. The food was very good, as a surprise for me. The service though is not very trained, you get your wine bottles opened already, no chance to taste it. I really loathe when the waiters touch the classes on the to edge where you drink from them, especially if you got to see where their hands were, when they changed b their clothes at the beginning... We asked for a map, and had to wait and ask again. We asked for the table to be cleared and had to ask and wait again. We had to complain about the bill in the end twice until it got corrected.
Very nice place to spend time with family. U can boat enjoy the weather and surroundings with loved ones may be a evening walk would be very good idea. Lots of ducks with a lovely bridge over Thames River makes it much more brautiful
Fantastic lunch cruise with 3 course meal. Would recommend.
Top marks for everything. I will certainly return and highly recommend it.
