a bag repair proved a slow, laborious and ultimately unsatisfactory experience with a lack of clear communication among the problems. I was told that this was my fault because I had not asked for an urgent service. I had asked for a fiddly buckle to be replaced with a magnetic button for simpler and quicker closure. Bag arrived back after more than two months with the button there but the buckle still in place. I gave up. I just cut the buckle off.

Worst store ever! I had a tiny tear in my original Louis Vitton bag and I gave it to them for repair.. when i got it back they had changed my GOLD rings and put in old faded ones that were SILVER! never ever trust them with expensive or precious things. I will be reporting them to trading standars. I'm sure they're stealing parts of peoples items! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WISH BAD LUCK ON YOUR SHOP!! 0 STARS. Remember what goes around comes back around. :)

I posted 2 extremely old and in “beyond repair” condition wallet/handbag to these guys, and after being told many times these items couldn’t be fixed they came back amazing! I am so pleased and cannot thank them enough for there positive and professional service. Would highly recommend them

I had a 40 year old vanity case which had belonged to my mum and which needed a new lock. I was a bit nervous about sending it to be fixed as I am in Northern Ireland. I dealt with David who was so pleasant and reassuring so off it went wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and 2 old pillowcases! My bag arrived back with me today(complete with pillowcases) and I am delighted with it. Thank you so much. A very professional service.

I reluctantly sent my bag off for repair. The lining had got sticky so I cut it out. After doing a bit of research I found Eton. Send the bag off and was told it would be 3-4 weeks but I would be kept abreast of the work. I was told after receiving the bag that the rings wouldn’t be removed as this would wreaken the bag. So I got the bag back after chasing it numerous times (one excuse was that the post office had closed.) the stitching is appalling. Gaps along the top. The closing attachments haven’t been put back securely. Brown bag brown stitching so why have they used black stitching in parts. They removed the rings to put the lining in and havent even bothered to tidy up the excess lining in the rings. Some rings glued back in wrong position. After complaining via email there response was “your bag is a very good copy” please tell me what that has to do with the quality of your work.??? Another email sent. Shock horror no reply......... very very poor
