Terrible. The receptionist is rude, and the GPs clearly don't care about their jobs. They do not take any of your health concerns seriously. Honestly just go somewhere else.
Every member of staff I have met in my 10 years registered at the practice has been terrific. I love that you get a human answering the phone. I call GP surgeries in my line of work (pharmacist SGH) and this is a rarity. The staff really treat you like a person and are so kind. I also think their clinical knowledge, judicious prescribing and organisation is spot-on. We have had a couple of emergencies with the children and were seen without delay and on one occasion, after careful examination, referred on to the hospital where they had called ahead so we could go straight to the ward. I feel very fortunate to live in the catchment of such a great service. Thank you St Paul’s!
