Always friendly and welcoming. Further, I lost my watch two weeks ago (still lost, I dropped it between X-ray and car park). Everyone couldn’t have been kinder; they searched the hospital X-ray areas, inc bins, and re-walked the route to my car with me. Sadly, it had/had disappeared. However, the staff subsequently took the trouble to call me three times over several days to check if I was ok and whether it had turned up. They didn’t need to do that, it was above and beyond.

Not a good experience staying at this hospital. Using words like pre-emptive, proactive and safe, this private hospital adds drugs, monitoring and other services in order to justify higher costs. Some common sense needed here.
Wonderful Hospital with such caring staff
Some of the reviews on this site made me speechless. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and expertise at Sarum Road Hospital. I was lucky enough to have been given a replacement hip two weeks ago and from my first appointment to follow up appointments the process has been seamless. I have been treated with courtesy and received the most wonderful care. Thank God for the NHS, the hard working staff at all grades deserve our support not abuse.
