Fantastic short-notice quality service. I was on a tour from London to Cornwall with a overnight at Winchester. A spoke went on the rear wheel, quick phone call around and Richard (I think) said he could fix it. Turned up at 5pm with the wheel and watched as he quickly, but thoroughly, repaired the spoke and set the wheel true. Can't recommend highly enough. p.s. the spoke survived the rest of the journey and is still going strong.

Great rental bikes and guidance by the owner
Great bike shop, bought a bicycle pump for 9 (far cheaper than I've seen elsewhere online!) and a spare inner tube for my wheel for 5. I wasn't sure about the inner tube size so the staff member helpfully came outside to check for me and also gave some helpful tips for the cycle we had planned. Great service!
Great store, rate it highly for all your bycycle needs, good foundation for building and fixing forgotton bikes which are made brand new, friendly staff.
Excellent service. Knowlwdgeable and honest. May be a victims of their own success with longish wait times despite the hardworking team's efforts.
