Recently bought a car from vale motors in wincanton and was a bit apprehensive as it was all done over the phone with only pictures and videos. This meant that I couldn't test drive or look at the car in person and had to put full trust in the dealership. I'm glad I did as the customer service was excellent and the car was very well presented. I'm very happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car and will return there when I'm ready to buy again.

I thought buying a car in lockdown would have been scary ! I really should not have worried, Ean at Wincanton was so helpful. The garage is not pushy at all and left you to think and decide in your own time. The whole process was so easy. I would 100% recommend this garage. Thank you Ean !

I came across FJ Chalke on Autotrader. I needed a new car but wanted to buy from a local(ish) dealer rather than from the 'internet'. Old school I know, but I feel happier that I can visit to resolve potential issues. I dealt with Dan who was just what you want in a salesperson. Factual, accurate, followed up on his promises, very professional. The collection was covid safe, the vehicle was immaculate. Overall, an excellent service and better than I've had from most dealerships I've dealt with. There are a couple of follow-ups from my purchase that are not resolved, but I don't see any issues with them being so. So far - highly recommend Dan and FJ Chalke.

I was ordering a vehicle and I was speaking to Jordan he mislead me told that there was two Jordan’s and he obviously lied there’s only one they told me they would call me back and they didn’t keep declining my calls I was speaking to Martin he told me that the manager was on holiday and the other ladie told me he was ina meeting I feel so insulted my uncle and my brother was having one and my self he told me March den told my brother April may please anyone elderly don’t go there they have no respect what so ever do not deal with MARTIN OR JORDAN OR SHANE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CUSTOM THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELS SELFISH RACIST DISGUSTING COMPANY
