1st time using Win Win as new to area, phoned for collection, order was repeated back and was told cost and how long it would be. Got there order ready, covid safety in place. Meal was hot and lovely and lots, will be going again but going to have trouble deciding what to have next time from some lovely dishes.
Ordered at 19:40, was told 45 minutes, rang up an hour later and was told that they’d check, after 5 minutes on the phone, they said it would be 15 minutes longer. 15 minutes later, no delivery as of yet. Rang again and was told that it was on its way, asked for any sort of compensation, any food or discount. Was asked if 2 was enough, it was not. Food then arrived and the delivery driver gave us some lip, not good customer service at all. Lastly followed up by the fact they still forgot one part of our order, a curried sauce to go with some dishes. Ridiculous service, terrible delivery, would give 0 stars if possible and will never use again.
Really delicious food! This is my favourite Chinese take away! You get good portions and everything we have tried is so so tasty. I would especially reccomend the chicken and sweetcorn soup, chili beef, egg fried rice, chicken satay and prawn toast. The food tastes like there is care behind it, if that makes sense. I would definitely reccomend!
Used to be great, but hadn't ordered in a while as I had a meal that wasn't amazing. However recently ordered again to see if it was just a one off, but the noodles tasted like they were cooked in a burnt pan and the rest of the food was tasteless. Very disappointing. Might just be 2 unlucky occasions for me.
