Today, my friend entered the shop with every intention of dining here. She felt extremely uncomfortable by the staff deminer and rang to confirm whether I wanted to eat here or go to a new place (I was parked by Windimere Avenue visiting a shop and waiting for her to arrive to Morden via tube). Between her arriving and her ringing me, she used the restroom. I confirmed to her over the phone that from what she was describing, I would rather pass. She then got up and proceeded to leave, informing the staff that I (her friend) had decided not to dine here. The staff did not respond and she placed her menu back to be courteous. As she was leaving, a staff member called after her and sarcastically started clapping his hands saying that she played \a great game to use the toilet\ and that her \performance was very good\. Confused by the encounter, but understanding that perhaps the toilets were for only paying customers, my friend offered to buy a milkshake to which the staff member walked off. She then left the shop in tears and came to meet me and proceeded to tell me what happened. I found this shocking as she is 28 weeks pregnant, and either way she was intending to dine here, and offered to buy something. The staff clearly needs training, bust especially on the fact that it is illegal to refuse a pregnant woman under UK law the right to a restroom. Disgusting behaviour.

I placed a delivery order via Deliveroo. It was prompt, the food was still warm when it arrived, and the milkshake had been bagged separately, which helped. The Quorn burger had a bit too much mayo on it for me making it slightly soggy, but the fries that came as part of the meal deal were a very generous portion and not as salty as some fast-food chains.
Lovely little place, I went with my daughter to grab some lunch while we had some time spare. I prefer going here than other food places in Morden.
Definitely an interesting place. You can eat in or take away. The service was friendly enough and their own special sauce was nice but that was it. Only a few away from the tube station.
