DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGES FROM THIS NEWSAGENT! Their customer service is awful, they do not give you a proof of postage and I have been trying to track a parcel that never arrived at Christmas that I paid 14 to post since 4th Jan, I'm just constantly being fobbed off and the gentleman never returns my texts or calls.
