We have had our home for about 2 months. We love everything about it. If we do have a problem Roman is there to take care of it. Roman does a great job and because of the quick response, we will recommend Stafford Homes to everyone.

Horrendous driver cut me off endangering both of our vehicles and lives. To make it worse the drive proceeded to repeat that to multiple people further down i5 south. Don't work with such irresponsible unmoral people.
Would not recommend them at all. There was a lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. Our dishwasher leaked and although they fixed the leak and the damage, at no time did they offer us compensation for not being able to live in our house for almost two weeks. Plus contractors in and out of our house for the first year we lived in our house fixing things that should have been fixed before we moved in. They do not seem to be respectful of the the fact that we have jobs. I have had to take multiple days off of work to meet sub contractors who are running an hour, sometimes two, or even 3 hours late, or that do not even show up at all.
We have been in our home for only a little over a year, and I don’t have the space to list all of the problems we have had. The cheap / poor construction is one thing but beyond that their customer service is horrific. They can’t seem to understand people have jobs and refuse to attempt to schedule repairs in a lumped schedule. So I have to take multiple days off of work for simple small problems. The other larger problems they seem to be just ignoring as we can't get a response from them. We are going on I believe 7 months since we first reported the problem with our flooring bubbling up and still have no solutions. We lived in a polygon mass produced house before this and the quality and customer service was so much better it is mind blowing. 1 star is too much for this place but I can’t go any lower.
They took down the bad reviews when they moved to Wilsonville. So i will say it one more time. worse 6 mo of my life dealing with this builder. Read all your paper work before you sign. Buyer beware.
