Superb customer service, brilliant product range and value for money.
They sell directly to the public. Turn up, order and collect. Good quality underlay at a very reasonable price. Recommended.
Brilliant. An alternative supplier let me down at the last minute - I had carpet and no underlay! I found Wilson Underlays Ltd through a web search for Cumulus underlay. I am a one off customer approximately 4 hours from Leeds so didn't know what to expect. I was lucky enough to speak to Juliet who listened to the issue and did everything she could to help. Less than 24 hours later there is underlay and carpet being installed. Brilliant customer service and order fulfillment. 10 out of 10. Thanks Juliet.
Brilliant customer service and prompt delivery. I bought Purestep as we have 6 in our family for stairs and landing and it feels wonderful. Thank you for your help.
