We have used Wilsons carpets quite a few times now, always had a good experience and would not hesitate in recommending them. They offer a good range of flooring and can cater for rental properties or high end private domestic properties. The company is family owned and they provide good customer service as a result.

We used Wilson’s Carpets Mansfield online store to purchase some new flooring and chose the ‘Grande Wide Balterio Laminate Flooring’ in the Classic Oak 095. I would like to say that the customer service is second to none, very friendly and professional company and the quality of the flooring has left us over the moon with the results. We would like to give Wilson’s Carpets a 5 star review and would 100% recommend them to everyone. See for yourself
Living room carpet fitted this morning and absolutely love it. Brilliant service from ordering to fitting and great price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Logan was our fitter and can’t fault him at all .
I have been into this store a couple of times. Each time I remember why I haven't purchased from this company. One member of staff in particular on each occasion speaks to people like they are worthless, hes not helpful at all and never, I personally have experienced this and heard him speak to other like this. Trying to get help from some one is near impossible. If you don't like your job it's time to change. I eill never set foot in this store again and wish I hadn't today but thanks for the reminder. Another local company has just got a contract for a 4 bed full house plus 3 of our rentals. Because they know about customer service
5 star service from start to finish. Helpful member of staff in store. Fitter really pleasant . Social distancing observed throughout. No mess either did a cracking job. Really pleased. Will use Wilson Carpets again. Thank you.
