outstanding customer service from Simon he really looked after us. I've always had Mercedes and this is my first BMW and after a few bad experiences with Mercedes I was on my guard for potential issues. I needn't of worried, from key drop off to collection it was perfect, felt safe with all the covid precautions in place, got a fantastic video of the technician going over my car which was great, very informative and reassuring. I will 100% be coming back for my services in future and I will recommend to my friends, thank you again Simon you are a legend. Jayne & Tim

Considering my being a good customer of Halliwell Jones BMW over the past 10 years, I recently bought a car from them and had the worst experience ever. The issues stemmed from my only receiving one normal key with the car. I thought a key was therefore lost and that is when my problems began. The level of service I received thereafter was shocking and the worst I've received from any dealership. Never again will I use Halliwell Jones.

Surprised to see such negative reviews. Ive used the Wilmslow branch a few times for servicing and other work and never had quality issues. Ive found staff have always been attentive. Jack in particular has gone above and beyond to help out when my car has been with them. I'll continue to use and recommend to friends.
