Incredibly poor customer service! I get the open alpha premise of their flagship game 'Star Citizen' but it is way too buggy to even play through - once I could login and get on the server, I spent over five hours without completing a single mission or game objective - an hour of this time was spent locked in a virtual tram because the sttion levels failed to load at either end! Trying to deal with support is a long and futile exercise. There is NO customer support phone number. There is live chat. There is only a help desk. I have requested a refund in my latest ticket reply, which had so far gone without a reply for 10 days now. If a refund is not fourthcoming I will be pursuing legal action to enforce my statutory rights.
