I was a client of Wills Chandler for a divorce/family law case and had a number of issues with the service I received from this firm, particularly in the later part of my case. I also found their fees to be excessive and, in some instances, unwarranted, and it was very unfortunate to realise that they handle complaints poorly and do not have their clients’ best interests at the centre of the service they provide. (I have given them an extra star—i.e. 2 stars—because I was satisfied with how my case was dealt with initially.)
