Not in my nature to write negative reviews but special more than 20 mile journey today with black sac of items.Told come back tomorrow as not accepted after certain time. 2 ladies both sitting down chatting, 1 with legs up on sofa. Have fundaised for WB before incl skydive and donated so much to the store and purchased. My good will is going elsewhere from now on. I hope the 2 ladies are not PAID members of staff. So disappointing. No kindness. No consideration. They don't care. Please review this attitude. #Complacency.
