I have been bringing my son hear for 2 and half and I find the Optician amazing. He calms down my son and talks to him the whole time , he is friendly and so good with him. He put me at ease and goes through everything in detail. I travel from hucknall to Clifton because they are so good with my son , who is only 4 years old .

I first visited Willowbrook eye center last year after a well known high street optitions messed up and missed a case of Optic Neuritis. They were just interested in selling me fancy tests, that they didn't do correctly , and a fancy pair of expensive glasses . So I got referred to Willowbrook and with in half an hour the optitian had wrote me a letter and set me down to qmc eye casualty explaining he thought I had optic neuritis. Fantastic service then! I went back yesterday for a routine eye test and after a good knowledgeable discussion about how to help my eyes with what turned out in the long run to be MS , he adviced me on what frames would help , what sort of lenses would be beneficial and what I can do at home to test if my bad eye has got any worse. Great service, fantastic knowledge and no fancy equipment needed just an optitian that cares .
I recently visited willow brook opticians and recieved a great service from a very knowledgeable optician who really went out of his way to find the answer to my poor vision and how to improve it . I felt safe in the environment and observed good infection control before my appointment. I
When I was younger told my eye site was good and have had other eye tests done to be told today I went to willowbrook and was told straight away that I needed glasses full time was very helpful and explained in detail what was wrong with my eyes
Willowbrook Eyecare is a breath of fresh air from the mainstream customer factories such as Specsavers and Vision Express who care more about your wallet than your eyes. The optician here takes his time and offers expert advice about maintaining eye health. Within seconds he knew what my issue was and how to fix it and I have never felt more comfortable with my glasses than I do right now. The reception staff are also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to picking out the right frames for face shapes and everyone here are very welcoming and friendly. I could not recommend a better optician.
