I could not fault the service from Willow for the service they give with our two little kitten's routine check ups. But last week they went above and beyond, I took my cat to them struggling to breathe as an emergency slot. He was seen to as soon as I arrived and placed on oxygen. Unsure of what the cause was Monika was quick to put him on charcoal, which I credit to saving his life. He is now home with his little brother causing havoc like the stay with the vets didn't happen. These people really care for your pets!
