Two stars simply considering the apartment itself could have been much worse and the remodeled units are nice. Not a terrible place to live my first year as a broke college student that had to walk to Ridgewater, but once Suite Liv'n took it over my second year I couldn't wait to move out. No warning about the change. Noticed fewer students and more families in the complex after. There's litter everywhere since they added a vending machine in the laundry rooms. SL is buying up many properties in Willmar so they're difficult to avoid, but stay away if you can. They replaced the old maintenance people that were so nice when you had an issue. SL charged me for damages that were there prior to move in (under previous owner) because they didn't have the paperwork from the old owner documenting it. If you buy trash apartments, don't charge the renter to fix it. Okay to live here while in school, just set your expectations low. Working with management is a hit or miss depending on who you talk to in the office.

The place is nice, alot of broken closet doors and handles that doesn't get fixed. New owners changed it to family apartments and is pushing out the college students because they know we cant pay 750. No help finding roommates they place it all on us. No warning that there was going to be new owners either. Left in the dark. The old owners were actually nice and laid back but the new ones are changing everything and forcing us to struggle to find a roommate or a place to live. Everything is over 750-900 now. Not a good place for a student.
WORST place to live, Management is awful and rude and the Maintenance man invades your privacy and property from looking into your windows to coming to your door without notice. I do not recommend living here. Management is there all day from Monday-Friday and Maintenance man lives on site. 0/10, if I could rate lower than one star I would. Apartments are gross and bugs and spiders get in easily.
Great place to party. Live not so much.
Poor management and maintenance, and her helper really invades your privacy from stalking to walking inside your apartment with no notice. A lot of bugs get inside the apartment. Bad place to live she does not care one bit about her tenants.
