within an hour, ron & lucien arrived on a sunday afternoon and assessed that i needed to replace a leaking 10 yr old weil mclain gold plus 60. since it was covered under a lifetime warranty, on monday AM, ron received approval from WM for full replacement and picked it up from furgeson supply in PM. on tuesday AM, lucien & shawn installed a new WM aqua 45. very happy with their professional and knowledgeable service. lucien answered all my questions and explained the new features an settings. simply the best!

I walked into their office for a price on snaking my sewer drain. I was greeted by one unhelpful lady and one nasty lady. Both had no knowledge of plumbing, nor would they provide me a price from their contract book. They wanted to charge me 75 to send someone to my house to provide a price. I don't know why their door is even open. Look elsewhere for a self employed honest plumber.
Quick efficient- we had a leak in our basement from the moment we called until they left the house everyone was so accommodating and helpful will use for any other plumbing or heating issues we may have.
