WORST place ever.... the Drs are ALWAYS BEHIND SCHEDULE THE STAFF IS RUDE AS HELL... they need to work on they're customer service skills.... basically this place sucks!!!!

Absolutely horrible would never recommend them to anyone they take Absolutely forever to call you back they tell you they will call you back and don't. No point whatsoever to have a doctor that you can't get ahold of. People that answer the phones are extremely rude when you call to find out why you still haven't received a phone call back Almost a week later. Been in pain fore er now waiting for someone to actually call me back unbelievable

Called a week ago and left voice mail messages with four of the doctors’ secretaries attempting to make a new patient appointment. Not one return call back. This reflects the care the patient will get if they need something. Not impressed. UB is on top of their game in other specialties. Going elsewhere.

The doctors are WONDERFUL !!! The management not so much. The turn over is ridiculous due to no one listens or wants to fix a problem. They just fire you for make a complaint or appear unhappy. Its a toxic work environment. P.s. no raises either.

Had great experience with UB neurology and Kinga Zegeti. I am grateful for their help in the diagnosis of my mother. The office went above and beyond from helping with paperwork and setting multiple appointments to facilitate a speedy diagnosis The staff helps treat the patients with respect and dignity and I saw compassion and caring from all staff members. I am grateful for their professionalism and the way they treated my Mom.
