I work in a care home and during these difficult times, kind gestures and cheer are even more important than usual. It's one of our resident’s birthdays and Williamson's dropped off the flowers for us and put them down at a safe distance which was lovely, but even more lovely was the delivery man's cheery and friendly demeanour which gave us all a smile and a laugh through the window. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and so so fresh. Thank you, great customer service x

My order, was taken very efficiently, for delivery tomorrow. Only problem have not received my confirmation and receipt by email? Probably due to florists being very busy. Trust the flowers will be beautiful. Thank you.

I received a boxed arrangement for my Christmas from my neighbour. Which had 5 white roses, 3 white Chrysanthemums and loads of greenery. Unfortunately the flowers are all dead. I myself arrange flowers, those flowers were not fresh when put together!! Haven't even lasted a week. Williamson's ought to be ashamed.
Superb service offered by Roz and Pip at the St John's Road store. They couldn't have been anymore helpful and went beyond and above themselves to ensure that the beautifully assembled flowers by Roz were delivered to my girlfriend on time. Very satisfied customer.
