Ordering, curbside pickup from the gal whose name begins with a K was totally fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I was in Williamsburg shopping and this was my first time at this location. The waitress was nice but the food was horrible. Steak undercooked red in the middle , dry shrimp on hard bread, My salad was wilted with pieces of brown Romain. I don't like sending food back so I decided it was best not to order anything else. My husband food was fine so I know they were capable of doing better than what they did.
Outback has had its ups and downs over the years, but they are definitely on their game now. The Porterhouse was prepared just the way I had asked. The steakhouse salad was a very generous portion. Our server was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall experience was excellent.
My husband and I had an early Valentine's Day dinner on the 12th at this location. Host staff was friendly and greeted us immediately, our meals were great, and our server (Matt, I believe) was awesome and on top of everything. We had a great time with zero complaints!
Our server was very friendly and very personable. It was fairly quiet because we came for a late lunch. All of the food was delicious, from Aussie cheese fries to the Alice Springs chicken.
