Derek gave me a phone estimate for my repair, for which I readily accepted. He obtained the part and fitted it within two days. He arrived well within the estimated arrival time, replaced the part and pointed out another part that would be required in the future, no pressure was put on me to do it soon. My repair was done at a good price by a professional repair engineer. Thank you Derek.

came out to fix washer, the washer turned out to be fine, after error code showed up, he told us to ring him straight back if any problems. No call out charge, also gave us some good advise on how to keep washer clean. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
The engineer came out to check our washer which was causing an electrical trip. Turns out that the bearings in the drum had gone as well as the electrics. After an honest assessment of time parts and labour it was recommended that a new washer would be cheaper. We expected a call out charge but he advised free of charge. I will definitely be using him in future and would highly recommend him based on his honesty.
I had a cooker hob problem with ignition switch. Derek didn’t work in my area... however he stayed on the phone whilst he gave me tips to rectify problem. He gave me his time and patience. Problem was then solved. Can’t thank him enough... and all at no charge!! A genuine chap! A rare commodity these days! Thank you Derek
Honest and reliable. Nice guy. Needed a heating element in my oven. He popped over the next morning after calling him. Job done quickly and efficiently and ofcourse very reasonably priced. Will use again (hopefully not too soon!) And will recommend.
