Found a mirror we liked on the Internet that came from Williams Antiques and Restoration. Their response to my various communications was always immediate, they could not have been more helpful in supplying me with additional photos, dimensions and information for delivery. Perfect solution during lockdown. Thank you very much for your patience and professionalism.

We are absolutely over the moon with the work Gwyn did on a 1910 dining table. It was in a very poor condition, my husband and his brothers had used the table leaves to slide down the stairs as children. Gwyn has taken all the 'bends' and 'uneven' surfaces out and completely restored the whole table., mending the winding mechanism and other broken parts, finishing with a beautifully polished surface. Every time we walk by it just gives the most enormous pleasure to us. He is an exceptionally talented restorer and goes the extra mile to make something as good as it can be. A huge thank you from two very grateful customers!

Extremely friendly and helpful couple who aren't just 'all business' but genuinely seem to enjoy what they do and being as accommodating as possible for customers. My wife and I made quite an expensive purchase there recently and at no point did I feel pressured to buy, or feel that I was being conned in any way - quite the opposite in fact, we were given space and time to have a look and a think and a chat. Not only that but Gwyn went out of his way to be helpful with tips and advice for looking after the purchase. I cannot fault Williams Antiques in any way - highly recommended.

Gwyn designed and made a replacement handle for our Victorian Coffee Pot, with very little of the original to guide him. The result is a most elegant and sympathic restoration: Great work Gwyn!
