I have used William H Brown (the Ware branch) to manage my let property for over 5 years. During this period, I have got to know the staff very well, specifically Ann and Jack. Ann is extremely knowledgeable of the local rental market, and I have complete confidence in her advice on correct rental prices to ensure that property is not left furloughed for long periods. They have experience on how to deal with difficult tenants and I have always felt that in difficult circumstances, they are on my side and act in my best interest. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are still in the process of buying/selling our property however William H Brown have been incredibly professional the whole time. We have been let down buying properties for the best part of 6 months however Mahe and the team have been on hand, professional and diligent throughout. We have also been using Caroline at William H Brown for mortgage services and she has been incredibly professional, personal and exceeded all of my expectations. She has kept us in the loop with everything especially as our situation changes. Caroline has made us both feel at ease with the entire process and we trust that everything is in hand. I used William H Brown Ware to let my property out. Ann and Jack were super efficient in getting my property advertised and confirming viewings - they got me a tenant in a week! Ann is very knowledgeable on what legal certificates and paperwork need to be arranged prior to letting your property out, as a new landlord I had no idea what needed to be done so she made this process very easy and hassle free for me.
