Following advice from a close friend, we decided to choose William Brown estate agents to manage one of our properties for letting. Needing to move house in 2020 was always going to be a stressful experience, but the staff at William H Brown were helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Appropriate safety precautions were in place for viewings, but I never felt rushed. All communications were positive and friendly and they pulled out all the stops to make sure everything was completed for me to move on my preferred day.
Molly & Charly were very helpful and managed to get everything sorted quickly -- there was less than a week between me asking to view the property and moving in. It's all gone seamlessly. Highly recommended.
