Recently went to view a property and the estate agent although nice, was unable to answer any questions about the property. The estate agents were unaware that the property was listed subject to historic england and when I sent them a list of questions over 2 weeks ago I've had nothing but radio silence from them. Poor customer service, very rude to ignore a potential buyer.
Hristo did a great job to ensure the house purchase completed within required timeline.
