Last year my partner and I decided to take the leap and purchase our first home, of which we have now exchanged and soon to be completed. They had just the right property we were looking for, and the help and guidance throughout the process made us feel at ease. Added to that we had the help of an excellent mortgage advisor to help us every step of the way, as well the after sales team who kept us up to date and answered any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better first time buying experience, and we all know how daunting and stressful house buying is! I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for purchasing a property.

I have recently completed on a property I purchased at Norwich through William H Brown; the services I received were excellent and they are very professional and courteous throughout. The After Sales Progressor was always available to address any issues of concerns, or any issues I need further enlightenment. I was also introduced to their in-house mortgage adviser who was also very efficient at her job. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will not hesitate to use them again in my next purchase.

Really happy with how William H Brown handled our house move. Mitchell was helpful whilst we were purchasing the property and Selene was extremely helpful after the offer had been accepted. It look a while to get to exchange, but she always seemed on top of everything: chasing solicitors, talking to the chain and giving us regular updates. Our solicitors weren't were really poor when it came to communication so we were very thankful to have Selene helping us! 5 stars.

Mitchell from William H Brown knew exactly what we were looking for in a house and helped us to find our dream home. He was very quick to sort out our house viewings despite it being a very busy time for the house market. Maddy dealt with our house sale and was very attentive, giving us regular updates and answering our questions. Such a lovely, friendly lady. Very impressed with the service. Would buy a house with William H brown again :)

After searching for a uni house with very specific requirements, Brian and Lydia were able to give us highly professional and in-depth viewings of three perfectly suitable properties. They supported us through the process of securing a property which had only JUST become available and would have been out of our budget had it not been for Brian’s encouragement in submitting an offer. The whole team at William H Brown are amazing at what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone!
