Charley dealt with the letting of my flat from start to finish and I could not have asked for more. Professional, proactive, responsive and straight to the point. From initial enquiry to tenants moving in took 11 days! This included arranging an EICR and getting the action points rectified. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend Charley.
Having had some complicated issues with my tenants and getting nowhere Kerry and Charley have taken the matter over, going above and beyond doing all they can to get it resolved. I have been impressed by their efforts, coming up with possible solutions, research and keeping me updated. The case is still ongoing but hoping for a satisfactory outcome. Than you.

Absolutely useless. Out of a 12 week contract the listing was live for only 8. Didn't tell what was needed. Total lack of communication. Matt did not open curtains etc before viewings (property was empty) and was constantly late. Promised the world but gave a very poor service. Very very unhappy with them.
