We had 4 estate agents to value our property. The branch manager Edward was one of only two agents who didn't speak badly of other agents. However he did a good selling job. And he did everything that he spoke about. We had eleven viewings in about 10 days and sold it on the 10th day. Everything is very professional in this branch. they comply with the laws for COVID, but above all they are very good at what they do. i recommend them to anyone looking for a professional estate agent. Even their competitors recommended the Sowerby Bridge office

I had a brilliant experience with Hannah from William H Brown - Sowerby Bridge. I decided to sell my house this summer, given all the restrictions I was hesitant however Hannah reassured me and made the process super easy. After initially speaking to Hannah, she had the photographer around the next week and our house was on the market the week after. I was really pleased with the amount of viewings Hannah scheduled for me and she managed to sell my house in under 2 weeks!! Everyone at the branch was really professional and polite. Hannah called me regularly to keep me updated - I would definitely use her again in the future.
Edward and the team have been very efficient. They valued our house far more realistically than 3 other agents and I would have no issue using them again. The pictures taken of our house were excellent and helped to present our house very well. They are always available on the phone and have been very responsive, unlike one or two of the other agents we have been in touch with. Cant believe how some are still in business but it is obvious why William H Brown are because they, to date, have been excellent.
We have recently completed a house purchase through William H Brown in Sowerby Bridge and couldn't be happier. Despite lockdown, restrictions and very uncertain times for all the staff at William H Brown were attentive, professional and quick to respond to queries. Can't rate highly enough.
