I cannot recommend Nickola and her Team at William H Brown, on St Christopher Rd Colchester enough! They have been such a wonderful support at what has been a very long stressful time. Moving house at the best of times can be classed as one of the most stressful things you can do, throw in a pandemic and a probate amongst other things to really test your patience. I am so grateful especially to Nickola who has gone above and beyond to secure my family’s forever home. Speaking at times daily, I feel like she has been on a journey with me, listening to me vent my frustrations and empathised with the rollercoaster of emotions the last 5 months have thrown up. Throughout we have been kept well informed as to what is happening and when, even when it’s been bad news...Her honest and upfront approach is exactly what’s needed to make sure our expectations have been well managed. In fact I have no doubt that Nickola and the teams’ hard work with chasing things, will have contributed massively to us exchanging nearly a month ahead of what had been discussed at the end of 2020. We are truly thankful for everything Nickola and the team have done and feel lucky they were the ones dealing with our purchase.
We sold our house very quickly through the St John's branch. Nicola was on the ball and chased our purchase through till our exchange, last week. A very professional set up and if Nicola was not available, when I rang, one of her team were always happy to help.
