William Graham & Co

Faultless from start to finish. This is how customer service should be! I contacted William Graham after noticed some potential issues after a second viewing of a property I'd put an offer on. William Graham has gone above and beyond in every respect, from replying to email enquiries late on a Saturday evening, to getting the inspection done and report written in under a working week from the initial contact. Great service, great impartial advice, couldn't recommend enough.

Would highly recommend; thorough and comprehensive survey - Mr Graham is very knowledgeable and experienced, giving us lots of advice on the many issues encountered in the property, as he did the survey. Completed promptly, very competitively priced. Excellent service, with very helpful staff. Would have no hesitation in recommending!
