(Today's Review Dec 16th): We went again today & the staff is most horrible around store closure time. It was to be closed at 8 p.m. We were on our way towards the cashier, my husband was a little ahead of me & were continuously stopped by 5 different unsmiling, extremely impolite staff with rude attitude, demanding us to leave the store! I had to inform every one of them that my hubby is already at the cash counter & I'm making my way towards it. None of them even smiled while bluntly stating that the store has nearly reached its closure timing... I've been in Service Industry since 20 yrs. being a trained experienced facilitator; I've lived in U.S where politeness & friendliness is the 1st thing you notice among customer services staff... This is definitely not the way store employees are supposed to behave while handling clients almost like angry fishermen wives - very distasteful !!! They need to make eye contact, appear friendly & while smiling apologetically can communicate to the clients. \The Range Management desperately need to have some Customer Service Workshops & Mystery Shopping done by a Trained Facilitator to groom the ignorant rude staff!\ (2weeks old review): Nice outlet, lots to choose from... Liked the variety & the glittery Christmas display. Lots of home maintenance ideas one can get by roaming around. Items pricing is reasonable too. Loved the Ice Land there.

Went to this store for the 1st time and found that once you get into store there are people just close to each other not much following of 2 metre guidance rules.Also the staff all are very grumpy no smiles some not using please or thank you.Sorry didnt feel welcomed so not going back to this store in particular.

Great place. Plenty of options for household things. They stock everything from arts and crafts to food and cleaning. Only downside is my wallet hates me when i go there.

A member of staff at entrance sanitising your trolley and he was really friendly ,and inside staff were really helpful
